The presentation plate was loaded by hand before filming. Our tray was shown being changed. Thanks, I had noticed the geometry but missed that difference in the work shown.

I'd ask both to show the same whole task, including loading the presentation and changing it, otherwise the faster arm may just have a person doing more work outside the frame
