The FR5 vacuum report never counts the panels

The proposed tool sealed against our coated steel panel on the bench, but the panels will come from a stack; I still need to know how the panel stays supported and how we establish that only one arrives in the locating tray, rather than read more about the seal we have already seen

Was the bench sample a single loose panel or a panel taken from the stack?

Single panel laid out for the test; the report includes a photo, not a stack pickup sequence

Then send the actual supply condition into the review. A seal on a loose sheet hasn't answered separation. I'd ask the tooling specialist to describe how single-panel delivery is established and what happens when it isn't established.

I've asked for that, Mei, and for support through transfer and release; I do not want the next demonstration to end with the panel hanging in mid-air again

Are there interleaves or other material between the supplied panels? I don't know your stock, but I'd include that information if it applies.

Good point, Ella. And ordinary surface variation. No point letting them choose a perfectly separated pair from the top while the difficult part of your stack stays out of the picture.

Ask what was observed, not whether the supplier's demonstration was deliberately easy.

You're right, Maya. I don't know why they selected that sample. I mean the next assessment needs the stack conditions identified, not that anyone has tried to hide them.

No interleaf specified on our material order; stores is checking what the current supply actually contains before I send samples, so that answer is provisional

Keep the material reference with that answer, Lucy, because a later supply change should not leave whoever orders the stock relying on a photograph of today's stack.

Will the reviewer see the receiving tray as well? Support at release seems part of the question, not only support while travelling.

Yes, the tray definition is in the request; thanks Ella, I had described release without actually attaching the thing receiving the panel

Also ask how an uncertain pickup is handled. The successful case alone won't describe that.
