Our FR5 fixture estimate uses final bracket passes, but the night-shift book includes correction work after release; who should establish that missing operation before we promise production a first-pass rate?

Process and quality need the linked part records. Keep restrained, released and post-correction readings apart. Maintenance can describe the intervention, but should not be left approving the finished dimension because it owns the shift book.

Process owns the review now, with quality; three correction entries lack matching released readings, so remain incomplete.

Were the correction times recorded against individual brackets or against a group? That matters before planning turns a rough shift note into a precise extra time for every part.

And keep the next-shift handover in scope. If a bracket is waiting for review when the operator leaves, the proposed process needs an owner for it. A final green tick doesn't tell the next person what work remains.
