Our FR5 report is ahead of the physical mounting-plate count. A failed attempt followed by a reviewed successful retry contributes twice after restart. The item identities and disposition records exist separately. I want the accepted total to follow those records while keeping both attempts visible, rather than deleting the failure to make the number look right.
Count each identified plate by its current authorised disposition, with attempts linked beneath it. Test restart, repeated result delivery and later disposition changes separately; none should create another physical plate or erase the earlier attempt history.
