The guide labels do not match the delivered pendant connector assembly. I've sent its own identity and cable markings, not just the robot model, and left the setup unpowered. Seller has acknowledged the pictures but keeps answering that the package is correct.
Our support exchange only improved when the installer named the exact connection question for a technical contact. Ask which document applies to that assembly and who will confirm it. Package correct leaves your installer with the same unanswered job.
