FR10 controller missing from the separate shipment answer

They sent the arm receipt again. I've listed both missing items in the message heading.

Has their dispatch contact seen the enquiry, or is sales still answering from the whole-order status?

Sales copied dispatch now. They asked for our receiving photos. Crate, packing and contents photos sent.

Does their packing list name a second package, or only the items intended for the order?

Elliot's distinction matters. A list of ordered contents can look like a record of packed contents when the heading is vague.

What does the dispatch contact say about the controller's current location? Even a genuine second-package label may have been prepared before anything moved.

Packing list is planned contents. Dispatch says controller package still in their warehouse, lead awaiting packing.

At least that gives the separate-shipment claim a correction; have they agreed to update the order status so another contact does not send you back to the arm receipt?

And ask what is delaying the lead. Location alone won't finish the package.

Have they given a collection arrangement for that now-complete package? Your receiving team needs its own reference, not the corrected status of the arm delivery.

That is a clearer position. Keep the shortage open until the controller and lead arrive and their identities and contents are checked.
