Six days into our seller ticket, the FR5 sleeve-unloading clip has a readable wait but no source condition identified.

We sent support a clear screen photo once and still described the wrong fixture. Put the job version, actual fixture identity and exact waiting message together, then ask which ordinary condition feeds that message.

Message is 'release unavailable'. Job and fixture identified. Seller's technical contact has the question now.

Ask for the relevant history window too. The condition may have disappeared before your clip begins.

Matched history recovered. Receiving fixture stays occupied after the previous placement; support identified that as the missing release permission.

Was the fixture physically occupied, Louis? A reported occupied condition and an actual sleeve left there can send maintenance towards quite different checks.

Yes. Previous sleeve still present in the wide clip. Operator expected the next unload to clear it somehow.

That sounds like an expectation to address in the handover. Have the operator explain the intended removal and recovery sequence with the trainer, rather than simply renaming the warning.

Walkthrough completed. Operator now identifies the occupied receiver and uses the agreed assistance route. No fault established for this wait.
