The arm crate arrived, but the separate teach pendant package has not. Carrier status says delivered and the receipt says one pallet, with no clear crate count. How do I get a trace for the missing crate rather than another copy of that receipt?
We have the crate mark from the seller's packing photo. Sent it with our received arm label and unloading photos. Agent is requesting the consolidation breakdown.
Agent says it was listed on a second pallet, not the one delivered here. They have opened a trace against that pallet and crate mark. No confirmed physical location yet.
