My UR5e inspection nest touches several bracket surfaces. Bench samples seat differently. Before accepting a stronger clamp, how do I check those contacts against the drawing's locating requirements?
Record which contacts each identified sample reaches before clamping, with tooling and quality reviewing the drawing references; more force could simply hide the seating difference.
Checked with tooling. One sample rocks between two contacts before clamping. Quality is comparing that sample and the contact geometry to their drawings.
Keep the stronger-clamp proposal on hold until that comparison answers where location is meant to come from; rocking alone does not tell you whether the bracket or nest is wrong.
