Which installed dimensions should finish my FR5 blank-removal picture?

I've kept the FR5 cylindrical-blank sketch labelled illustrative. Still no gripper body or open door. Which local measurements should join the supplier's complete hand before anyone calls this an unloading route?

Survey the opening, door positions used during exchange, fixture location and nearby obstructions. Put the proposed base on that same layout. Tooling should supply the loaded hand and connections, including their moving envelope (not a parked photograph that happens to fit).

Opening and fixture measured locally; parked door position still missing. Tooling supplied the hand body but says connection routing is provisional.

Mark those two unknowns directly on the route review. The measured work is useful, but the reviewer needs to say which clearance conclusions depend on the unfinished door survey or provisional connections.

Done. Also asked for the empty approach before gripping, because the current picture starts with a blank already in the fingers.

Include the delivery end too. A hand chosen to squeeze out of the machine may leave no useful release at the tray, and somebody then inherits a second tooling problem that was absent from the arm comparison.

Complete views received. The proposed approach conflicts with the door handle even though loaded extraction clears. Integrator is comparing another approach; no arm decision yet. Thanks for insisting on both directions.

Keep that rejected approach in the pack. The loaded extraction picture is still attractive enough that another reviewer could mistake it for the whole route.
