The proposed alternating pattern is numbered from a full pallet. We often finish a shift halfway through one, and the turned cartons also cross unsupported gaps. Need a pattern we can actually hand over.

Does packaging know you leave partial pallets? They need the real finish conditions too.

They've only seen the full stack. I can send examples of our partial finishes, but I don't want trainers inventing a filling order that hasn't been reviewed.

Yes, ask them to approve the partial arrangements before writing that order.

Sent the examples. Tool designer now asks whether a partial pallet stays in place or gets removed. Ours can do either, so that's another handover case to describe.

Include how staff identify the returned pallet. Position alone will not tell them its layer.
