The crate mark and the collector's receipt should connect the seller's dispatch to a physical handover. Ask the agent to search those, not only its booking number.

2分Then tell the agent that plainly, because they can waste another week tracing a delivery that didn't happen; has the seller actually packed the kit now, or are they still describing the next step as if it's done?
