Our order includes a sample-gripper demonstration placing lightweight pieces in trays. The latest clip shows arm movement above a bench, with no identifiable package and the receiving tray below the camera edge.
I have asked for a specific recording for over a month. What should our purchasing contact put in the next request so the seller answers the agreed demonstration rather than sending more general footage?
Quote the agreed sample list and gripper reference, then ask them to identify the package and show contact through release into that tray. First get confirmation the ordered gripper is fitted, rather than let another camera discussion skip that point.
The technician confirmed the ordered gripper is fitted and sent its reference. They also identified the package. The new clip still loses the tray after the sample enters it.
I have requested that exact view, linked to the identified package and sample set. Their reply says the samples are light, which does not answer whether the tool leaves them in the intended pockets.
Quite. Did the technical person answer the view request, or did sales take over again? You have already narrowed what the current recording does and does not show.
Sales answered. Purchasing has sent the request directly to the technician and left the demonstration unaccepted. I do not know whether there is a handling issue or just a filming issue yet.
