Turned cartons with an unsupported bearing strip

Our FR5 layer section shows a packed carton's bearing strip above a withdrawal channel. Packaging and tooling each reviewed their own drawing. I cannot tell whether either decision covers the combined arrangement.

I'd ask them to review one identified carton construction, pallet and tool arrangement together. In our panel proposal, the apparently complete process stopped wherever each supplier's narrow description stopped. The gap only became obvious when we put the whole task on one page.

We have a common section now. Packaging's earlier comment only covered the bottom layer; the turned row is on the next layer. I have removed the implied full-stack approval.

Good. A bottom-layer comment can't support a whole pallet by enthusiasm alone.

Does the tool review cover withdrawal at the turned row too, Hana? It may be using the same incomplete boundary from the other direction.

Its diagram shows placement only. We have asked for withdrawal and the packaging review of the full stack on the same revision.

Keep the filled-carton identity attached to both results when they return, so a later sample change doesn't inherit those decisions unnoticed.
