I filmed our FR5 housing transfer from the side to show the grip. It stopped, and I kept filming the stationary housing instead of the screen. Support has asked for the message and active step.
The original file is still on my phone. There is a shift note, but it describes two waits. What can I recover before asking the operator to help make another recording?

Compare the original file time with the station clock and the two recorded waits before selecting one. Preserve the distinction between what the video shows and what the matched log or operator account adds. The stationary housing alone does not identify the stop.

5分Keep that tray identity with the request. Does the shift note give the exact messages, or only descriptions such as stopped again? A similar physical view can accompany different waiting conditions.
