I'm planning FR10 presentation to a fixed inspection camera. Bright streaks wander across our aluminium bezel photos, yet they're labelled scratches. Before commissioning, I need trustworthy examples, not thresholds tuned to disputed labels.
Have the acceptance owner examine the identified bezels and settle their status before using the pictures as targets. Then compare captures under recorded conditions. A changing highlight can obscure a scratch too, so movement in the photograph is not enough to dismiss the part.
