Will those examples have the normal contents and closure method? An empty assembled carton could respond differently from the packed box your tooling must move.

They will be packed normally. The original demonstration was empty, which is one reason I have not accepted it as evidence for our transfer.

Could you include a carton that has been through normal storage too? Ours looked tidier straight from assembly than they did when a shift finally got to them.

Yes, the retained set includes stored packaging that goods-in accepted. I have described the storage condition with the sample identifiers rather than asking the supplier to infer it.

What will the supplier report when a sample does not meet the required hold? I would want the condition and cup location recorded, rather than only a total number of successful pickups.

And how will a failed pickup be presented to the operator?

Julia, I have requested results by sample and location. Chloe, the operator response is still undefined; I have asked for it as part of the concept review, not assumed a retry.

I'd like to hear what comes back. A supplier willing to show the troublesome cartons is easier to plan around than a lovely short clip with the awkward bits missing.
