I cannot establish where our UR5e and matching controller cable are after 23 days of enquiries. The Chinese seller says handed to the freight agent; the agent says awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. We bought it for housing placement beside our parts station. How do I reconcile those messages?

Can they connect your order and crate marking to both references in one exchange, with dated handover evidence from the seller and the matching receipt or explicit absence of receipt from the warehouse?
