Our FR5 transfers housings into trays. Several pickup edits have been made. The housing now leans in the fingers after leaving the fixture. I need maintenance to inspect the arrangement before another person teaches around it. What should go in the handover for that inspection?

Current program and change history, fitted tool details, fixture identity and the actual symptom. Have maintenance inspect the mounts, locating faces and finger contacts with the equipment isolated. Include any recent replacement parts, even if they looked identical

One replacement finger listed. Maintenance found its mounting face does not sit flush. No instruction for a gap in the tool drawing. Program copies retained.

Have the tool designer check why it isn't flush before deciding to tighten or alter anything. A wrong component or trapped material could need different action. Do you still have the removed finger?

Removed finger retained in stores. Designer is comparing both. Maintenance found a small piece of damaged packing material behind the fitted finger during the inspection.

Correct mounting restored under the repair plan. Setup and pickup changes reviewed together. Supervised checks show square holding in the tested positions. Maintenance has the photos and approved tool configuration.

Did the handover include how to check that face during replacement? I mean the actual seating check, not only a photograph of the repaired tool. That is the part the next person needs to repeat
