Our housing unload stops after the grip closes. I sent the seller on Alibaba a video and got 'more details please'. Fair, the screen's out of shot. What would actually help them?

Can the person who saw it tell you the screen message? I would send that and the point in the sequence first. I cannot diagnose the stop, but support should be able to explain what their application was waiting for.

She wrote 'waiting fixture release' in the shift book. Housing still in the fixture, gripper closed. That's all we've got for that occurrence.

Ask what tells the application the fixture has released. Then support can say which input or status they need to see next time, instead of asking you for another wide view of the arm.

Asked. Turns out the application uses a fixture interface response, not just the visible clamp position. They've sent instructions for capturing that response in the existing diagnostics.

Who has the instructions on the other shift?

And don't change the timeout to chase this. Find out what's missing first.

Both shift technicians have them. No timeout changes. One already asked whether the response has an age or timestamp, which I've passed back to support.

Small correction: the clamp looked open in the video. I called it released too quickly; we don't have the interface response for that moment.

That is worth adding to the ticket. Keep the operator's note and the video together, with your correction, so the engineer can see what each source actually contains.
