Our FR10 main package is complete, but the spare kit is not. The additional tool cable has been promised for 44 days with no parcel reference. The seller keeps referring to the fitted cable. I have sent the separate spare line again. Has anyone obtained a clear stock answer after this sort of repeated misunderstanding?
I would ask them to confirm the spare quantity outstanding and then say whether that exact cable is in stock, because 'we supplied the cable' can keep answering a question you are no longer asking.
