How do I check access for machining fixture exchange?

We're considering Fairino FR10 for machining fixture exchange with a cylindrical aluminum blank in a production cell beside an enclosed mill, with 202 planned. The sketch reaches the fixture. Trouble is, we left out the gripper body and open door. I'd like to check access properly before choosing an arm.

@TobyBell0666 Got measured outlines for the opening and gripper? An offline layout might catch what the reach circle misses.

@JaneBarnes0597 Checked them. The approach clips the handle; the workpiece clears. No wonder my first sketch looked so reassuring.

Start from those measurements and review approach and withdrawal offline with the full tool, cables and maintenance access included. A revised mount then needs the integrator's assessment.

@JaneBarnes0597 The handle overlap gives us something concrete to fix. No assessed layout yet, so the arm stays on the shortlist.

@TobyBell0666 Having a specific access issue to resolve is progress; it doesn't require choosing the arm yet.
