Who should assess a damaged Fairino FR5 delivery? (placing assembly samples)

Our Fairino FR5 arrived from an unnamed seller in China in a crate with a crushed corner and shifted internal supports. I can see damage near the arm connector housing. We bought it for placing assembly samples; I haven't powered it. I've photographed the delivery and kept the packaging, but the seller's reply just says to switch it on.

Do your photos show the crate label, shifted supports, and the wider area around the damage? Those would help someone assess what they're looking at.

Yes. I've got the crushed corner and shifted restraint before unpacking, plus wider photos around the arm connector housing. I kept the delivery paperwork too.

Send that set with a request for a qualified condition assessment and handling instructions. Leave it unpowered; 'switch it on' isn't an inspection procedure.

@ElenaAli0253 I still have no suitable assessment of the visible damage. Our equipment is unpowered, and the packaging is being retained.

Then the condition question is still open. Keeping it off fits that uncertainty.
