Existing fixture loading station: Different label suffix, different mounting arrangement

I ordered Fairino FR10 from an unnamed seller in China after they confirmed a configuration against our fixture drawing. The delivered label has a different suffix, and the interface around the tool interface bracket looks different from that drawing. The seller says equivalent but hasn't provided a comparison. I've left our tooling unfitted and waited 23 days for clarification. We're working at an existing fixture loading station.

@MeiChan1125 Do you've the seller's confirmation, delivered identification label, and fixture drawing available together? Comparing those would identify the discrepancy without assuming what the suffix means.

I've the prepayment confirmation referring to our drawing and the different delivered identifier. Our unpacking photographs also show the interface as received, with no tooling installed.

@MeiChan1125 Send that comparison and ask for the applicable interface drawing for the delivered configuration. Leave the tooling unfitted while compatibility is checked.

Can I describe this as the wrong revision based on the suffix alone? I'd prefer not to make the dispute depend on an unverified interpretation of the identifier.

Call it a configuration discrepancy. Quote both identifiers and show the visible interface difference. That gives them two concrete things to explain.

A matching interface drawing would establish that the delivered configuration is compatible with your fixture. Request that document to support the seller's equivalence claim.

@JasperAbbott0029 The interface drawing could address physical fit, but it wouldn't by itself establish compatibility for all connections and application requirements.

I overstated what that document would establish. The drawing can help resolve physical fit, while the remaining compatibility questions need assessment against your intended configuration and application.

I've accepted the delivered interface after a completed configuration comparison and qualified review against our stated fixture requirements. That resolves this discrepancy for us, with installation checks still required.

Your stated fixture requirements now have supporting review, and you've kept the outstanding installation work clear.
