I ordered Fairino FR10 from an unnamed seller in China after they confirmed a configuration against our fixture drawing.
The delivered label has a different suffix, and the interface around the tool interface bracket looks different from that drawing.
The seller says equivalent but hasn't provided a comparison.
I've left our tooling unfitted and waited 23 days for clarification.

@MeiChan1125 Do you've the seller's confirmation, delivered identification label, and fixture drawing available together? Comparing those would identify the discrepancy without assuming what the suffix means.
16分I've the prepayment confirmation referring to our drawing and the different delivered identifier. Our unpacking photographs also show the interface as received, with no tooling installed.

Call it a configuration discrepancy. Quote both identifiers and show the visible interface difference. That gives them two concrete things to explain.
