Our agreed pre-shipment check covers housing transfer with the supplied gripper. The seller sent a wide motion clip with the fingers hidden and no readable equipment identification. I cannot connect it to our order or the agreed sample test.

Does your written test agreement identify the receiving nest and release as well as pickup, so you can send them one specific list of the views and package identifiers still missing?
