We're planning FR10 presentation of brushed stainless trim plates to a fixed camera. The bright streaks move with small presentation changes, but the example captions call them scratches. What should I check with the actual plates before anyone buys lighting or tunes thresholds? The cell is not commissioned.
Identify the plates behind the images and have quality decide their physical condition first, retaining acceptable, rejected and undecided examples separately; then compare repeated seating and imaging with settings recorded, preserving visibility of the real defects rather than merely removing bright streaks.
