Our UR5e is shipped in an email and nowhere in tracking

Asked. They sent a photo of the labelled crate inside their warehouse. That's helpful for the crate identity, but it still doesn't show anyone collected it

Could their booking contact identify whether collection was completed or merely requested, using the label reference and that crate mark?

I'd contact the carrier with the reference as well. Not to ask where the robot is in general, just whether they have any record of accepting that consignment.

Carrier has no acceptance record under it. Seller now says waiting for collection space. Which is rather different from the shipped answer we've been getting

Ask for a new concrete collection proposal, then. You can leave the previous messages attached without arguing about the word shipped for another round.

Has the seller offered an actual collection arrangement since admitting it was still waiting, or are you still receiving an estimate without a booking?

Tell the workshop the changed position too. Our goods-in team once kept clearing a bay for something that had not left the seller, because purchasing's first arrival note kept getting forwarded unchanged.

Yasmin, only an estimate so far. Isaac, planner has it marked collection unconfirmed. We aren't clearing a bay or arranging setup around that estimate

Are they keeping the same label reference? If it changes, get the old and new references linked. Otherwise the next update may send you back to the abandoned booking.

And please return when the carrier actually accepts it, not just when another proposed slot arrives; that would be the useful change for your workshop plan.

Anil, same reference for now. Seller offered a slot but hasn't confirmed it with the carrier. Still no collection evidence. I've left the order location as unverified, not in transit
