my FR5 first impression left the preparation with nobody

I enjoyed the supervised spacer-block trial and wrote a positive review, but the demonstrator had prepared most of the fixture-to-tray job; how should I correct my own role without turning that enjoyment into a claim about independent setup?

Name the prepared conditions before describing what you operated. A positive first use is worth reporting, but it should not quietly become your achievement in configuring the job.

The fixture was installed and the saved job loaded when I arrived; I followed the prompts and started the supervised run, which my draft called getting it running quickly.

I would replace that setup phrase, not merely add a general thank-you at the end. Readers comparing support needs should not have to infer which work was already complete before you touched the screen.

Did you need help after the run began?

Mia, agreed on the specific correction. I've read reviews where assisted could mean someone handed over a tray or someone made every recovery decision; those are very different experiences to inherit.

Exactly, Rosa. I don't need an inventory of every person in the room. I need the help that changes what the reviewer can reasonably claim to have done alone.

Caleb, the demonstrator helped me interpret an empty-pocket stop and told me the next permitted step; I did not decide the recovery myself.

That belongs beside the interruption account. Keep following the ordinary prompts and recovering an unexpected condition as separate observations; they need not receive the same ease-of-use verdict.

What did you actually like, Emma? The correction will read more naturally if the positive part is as specific as the assistance, rather than leaving only the qualifications.

And don't turn one assisted recovery into independent competence next time.

I liked that the ordinary prompts made the transfer sequence easy to follow; the uncertainty came at the empty pocket, when I needed someone to explain what the saved state did not establish.

I've rewritten the review around prepared setup, my supervised operation and the specific recovery help, with the positive prompt experience retained; thanks Rosa for asking what was actually enjoyable.

That gives me a useful support picture: approachable ordinary operation in a prepared job, with expert help at the uncertain condition. It does not require you to withdraw the positive impression.

And the revised account now says what happened, rather than making the reader choose between glowing review and embarrassed retraction. That is the correction the original claim needed.
