We spent a meeting preserving a layer count before anyone asked whether the packed box could sit that way. I'd put the support requirement on your sketch first. Then compare tooling around a carton arrangement packaging can actually assess.

Cannot choose FR10 fingers around a carton layer packaging disputes

Are packaging and tooling discussing the same packed carton, including the insert inside it?
20分Same current packed carton, Mina. Packaging has marked its reinforced bearing strips on my section. Two turned positions put those strips over the finger channels.
14分Compare a different finger arrangement too. Preserving the first tool can be just as expensive as preserving the first layer. You don't have to order either to ask what each would change.
7分Would a lower-count layer add pallet moves or manual finishing to your usual orders?
17分Our proposed support sheet created a second feeding job. Cheap material, somebody else's afternoon.
16分Jane, that can matter, but a sheet isn't necessarily the answer to these gaps anyway. Robin, have you actually proposed one? I wouldn't want the cost discussion to assume it already works.
18分I have had an alternative tool quote arrive with only the fingers priced, then discovered we needed a new adapter and another assessment of the complete assembly. Anil's alternative is worth asking about. Ask for the whole change, not a tempting finger price.
11分Include the actual packed sample in that discussion. A rendered box usually has a very cooperative bottom, and your bearing strips are the reason this question exists.
17分Carla, yes. A price for comparing alternatives first can be sensible, with a spending decision before detailed manufacture. Not every question needs a purchase order for hardware.
3分Rachel, no sheet proposed. Henry, dispatch expects extra pallet moves with the lower count. We now have two candidates: revised fingers around the original layer, and current fingers with an unrotated lower-count layer.
8分Are the actual pallets the same in both candidates, or did the lower-count drawing quietly acquire a nicer support surface?
11分Rebecca's worth answering. Our pallet supply changed while a layout was being discussed and the old drawing stayed on the board. The person refilling the station was the first one to point it out, after everyone else had agreed with one another.
10分These are useful checks, but don't bury Robin in every possible pallet story. He has two actual conflicting positions. Get those answered on the current materials before the alternatives multiply again.
12分Rebecca, same specified pallet and current filled samples for both. Farah, our receiving person checked that identification. Felix, agreed: these two options are enough for now. No third sketch growing in the corner.
10分Does the alternative-tool price include checking release and withdrawal, or only whether it can hold the carton?
2分Mina, that belongs in the scope before the price is compared. My staged-spending point wasn't an argument for buying a holding-only demonstration.
8分Yes. Include where the fingers leave, with the neighbouring cartons present. Robin's first conflict may move somewhere less obvious when the fingers change.
13分The joint review ruled out the proposed revised fingers: their withdrawal conflicts with the neighbouring case. The lower-count candidate remains, with packaging's required contacts shown. Thanks, Carla, for making me ask for the full tool-change scope before comparing prices.
23分Has dispatch costed those extra pallet moves for the remaining candidate yet?
