Ask each supplier to identify the complete moving assembly and have the responsible integrator assess that actual arrangement for the intended task; part mass alone leaves out the very tooling you are comparing.
24分Both received the full assembly request. First supplier says adapter is customer supplied; responsibility still unpriced.
21分Then assign and price that responsibility before comparing totals, including who completes the combined assessment once the customer-supplied adapter is defined; an excluded component does not stop being part of the moving load.
