Where is the second parcel with our FR10 controller, then?

Their list says package A and package B. Arm label is A. No tracking against B.

Use package B in the request and ask where it is now; a packing designation does not establish that it has entered the carrier's network.

Our receiving paperwork once counted one pallet containing two cartons, so check what that one package means on this carrier's record before using it as the whole argument.

Thomas's distinction is worth checking, and the seller should still provide the handover record identifying both A and B if they say both were collected.

Did your arrival photos show another carton secured to the arm crate?

No attached carton, Henry. Just crate A, including in the driver's photo. Carrier is checking the collection record for B.

Does the seller's package B list include both missing items? Or is the cable still only on the overall invoice? I would clarify that while the search is open.

Farah, B lists the controller, but not the cable. The overall invoice includes both. I've asked them to account for it separately.

Carrier found B under a different consignment. It is at their depot with an address query. They have asked the sender for a correction.

Has the seller supplied that correction, rather than only saying they will contact the depot?

They say they've sent it. Depot hasn't confirmed acceptance yet. Installer knows we still have no delivery appointment.

Keep the depot confirmation in the same exchange, so a sender's email does not become an assumed delivery date inside your workshop.

Any answer on the pendant cable's location?

Seller says it is inside B, now added to their contents list. We'll check that when B arrives, not tick it off from the message.

Ask receiving to retain the B label with the contents photographs, so the matching record is complete when the package finally arrives.
