I've sent the FR10 support contact a stop message, step and identified tray from the same occurrence. They asked whether the tray was confirmed, but our screen has two confirmations with similar names. I've learnt not to treat a lit indicator as proof that its target is right. Which part of the signal description should I ask the PLC author to supply?
Ask what each confirmation means at that step and where it comes from, including what makes it change. Then the author can compare the recorded states with the actual tray arrangement instead of asking you to interpret two friendly-looking names.
One is the removable tray seated, the other is the carrier in position. The seller meant the first. We captured only the second in the phone view, so the answer isn't in that clip.
Did the PLC history retain the seated state for that occurrence, Leah? Worth checking before arranging another recording, though the history won't show a loose physical target by itself.
The author is checking whether it was logged. I have marked the seated state unknown in our note rather than using the carrier indication to answer it.
