FR5 spacer stop with the message captured but the fixture uncertain

I've taken the advice I gave others and kept the readable message, active step and time with our spacer-unloading clip. Now the awkward bit: the fixture in the video looks different from the one named on that shift's sheet. Seller support through Alibaba needs a useful account, not a confident wrong fixture ID. How would you handle that discrepancy?

Is the actual fixture from that occurrence still available?

Keep the shift sheet and video as separate sources while the identity is checked, rather than changing the sheet to match what the picture seems to show.

Louis, there are two inserts on the maintenance bench. Same carrier, different locator shape. Neither has its own label. Ravi, originals kept; I haven't renamed either clip.

Ask the person who fitted the insert, because a carrier label may identify the station without identifying which removable locating parts were in it.

I would keep the stop time separate from the whole support delay as well. You already have the occurrence captured, so don't let the unresolved identity turn every unavailable day into another apparent occurrence.

Does the video show enough of the locator shape to distinguish the two?

It shows the stepped locator, not the plain one. Setter remembers fitting the stepped insert for that batch. The job sheet only names the carrier, which I had treated as the whole setup.

That is a useful correction, and the handover needs the distinction too; someone following the current sheet could select either insert without apparently contradicting it.

Sofia, link the stepped insert to its required drawing and job before asking support to interpret the stop, since recognising a shape does not establish that it was the intended insert.

Isabel's distinction caught us on another setup. We could identify what had been used before we knew whether it belonged there. I would give support both facts if that second question remains open.

Tooling has matched the stepped insert to drawing C for this spacer. Thanks, Isabel. The ticket now names the carrier and insert separately, with the sheet limitation stated.

What was the captured message?

Fixture position not confirmed, Step 21. Same occurrence and program revision in the attachments. I asked which confirmation the step uses on this insert arrangement.

Have maintenance keep the two inserts distinguishable now, even while support answers; there is no benefit in solving the identity once and losing it at the next changeover.

And let the setter see the corrected description, because they supplied the missing context and will be the person trying to recognise a repeat of this stop.
