I have the loaded-carton samples and the current pallet drawing for our proposed UR5e station. The second layer looks tidy on screen. On the physical pallet, two rotated cartons put their marked supporting edges across deck gaps.
Our packaging contact wants to try a layer sheet. The tooling supplier wants wider spaces for withdrawal. Those suggestions seem to pull in opposite directions. What should I put in front of both people so we can review the same arrangement?
A shared section through those two positions would help. Include the sheet if it is proposed, not as an invisible assumption. I can't tell you whether it provides enough support; packaging needs the actual loaded cartons and sheet construction for that.
