The hand-loaded round blanks show different exposed lengths, but our FR5 planning sheet records neither each blank's length nor the measuring reference; I cannot turn that spread into a seating allowance for the quote without knowing which part of it belongs to the material.

Ask inspection to link blank length, seating and exposed length using one defined reference, including reseating the same blank.
