Crate support displaced beside the controller

Our UR5e delivery has a crushed corner and a displaced support beside visible controller-enclosure damage. I have kept the equipment unpowered, retained the packing and photographed the arrival condition. The seller wants a power-on video. I want a qualified assessment route agreed first. What should accompany that request?
