Ask support which event details it needs, and have your technician preserve the original event history with the job version and affected housing reference; another close-up of the final message may still omit the sequence it is trying to diagnose.

The technician found an earlier event outside the video and has sent the original history with the job version. Support has acknowledged receipt. Diagnosis still outstanding; I am no longer describing the filmed message as the initial fault.
