I want the current pattern checked before proposing remedies. Some rotated labelled cartons span gaps beneath their preferred support direction. How can packaging and tooling judge the same FR10 layer rather than separate pictures?
Show the packed-carton bearing areas over the actual layer below and pallet, then have tooling show placement, release and withdrawal in that same arrangement. The label direction may help an operator only if it reliably corresponds to the supports inside. I can't judge that from your description, and I'd want packaging to answer it before anyone treats a turned label as a complete orientation rule
