Our UR5e runs and the installation ticket is closed. The additional pendant cable promised by the seller still isn't here. Their reply says setup complete, as though that answered the missing-kit question.

Can I ask whether the missing cable has its own order discrepancy reference? Link the promised spare description and receiving record there. A completed installation and a complete delivery are separate facts, even when the seller put them in one ticket.

It does now. Purchasing sent a separate discrepancy with the original additional-cable line. Seller acknowledged it but gave no part identification or dispatch date.

Ask for both before treating the acknowledgement as a delivery plan. Please update when they respond; I would like to know whether the separate reference gets this to the person who can actually ship the outstanding item.
