How can I assess FR5 removal beyond the fixture point?

The fixture is inside the FR5's illustrated reach, but the cylindrical aluminium blank is shown without anything holding it. The open machine door is absent too. How do I request a useful access assessment from this proposal?

Ask for the intended loaded tool and its withdrawal against the actual door opening. Start with a checked machine outline; an old drawing can waste a decent tool review.

The machine outline is current, but it does not identify the parked-door position. The tool is still represented by a line. I will ask for both omissions to be addressed.

Include how the blank sits in the fingers, Naomi, because even a correct gripper outline leaves the loaded envelope unknown if the grip position is guessed; the empty return also belongs in the intended sequence

The integrator has asked our machine lead for the installed door position and the toolmaker for the assembly. They have not returned an access assessment. The arm selection is still open.

Have the setter mark their access too. We brought ours into another review because moving the base could simply move the obstruction into somebody else's work area.

Lucy, that happened in my review: a trolley turn was missing from the supposedly spare floor space. Naomi's layout may differ, but any proposed base change should carry the setter's requirements with it
