Did the readable message name a fixture condition, Ravi, or are you working backwards from where the arm stopped?
0分Working backwards from the pose; the message is unreadable in the clip, and I have asked the shift lead for the exact message, active step and occurrence time together.
20分Can the lead also identify the actual fixture in the clip, since a useful state for one setup might mean nothing on the next?
12分The clip uses fixture F2, but the photograph we attached shows F1; I have corrected the attachment list and asked for matching controller and PLC records from the next captured occurrence.
4分Was F1 attached just to show the general arrangement, or did the ticket tell support that it was the fixture involved?
