Quote the agreed spare reference and quantity separately from the installed assembly. Has the seller acknowledged that additional item, or is it still answering as though the main delivery was questioned?

Available may mean orderable rather than sitting on their shelf. Ask them to clarify that alongside the proposed dispatch, especially if maintenance is planning around it.
