Our UR5e arm crate arrived, but the separate controller crate on the packing list didn't. The forwarder sent a signed receipt that says one pallet. The seller keeps sending the same delivered tracking page.
I've checked our goods-in area with the stores technician. Nothing matching the second crate. Which document would let me establish whether both crates were actually on the pallet when it reached the final depot?
No marks on the copy we received. Asked for the reverse and any attachments, thanks. Our arrival photograph shows the arm crate on a pallet with no space occupied beside it.
The forwarder found a depot photo showing two crates before separation. The smaller one has the controller crate mark from our list. They've opened a trace for that mark now, though no location yet.
