Our FR5 spacer block leans before it clears the tray

The rear corner stays down as the front rises. The existing clip shows it, but not what is underneath that corner. Maintenance has the actual tray now.

Our support repair improved the pickups, but left old point corrections to untangle. Worth giving maintenance those versions now, while they've got the tray in front of them.

On a spacer check, the tray looked correctly located from the front while the rear support was not carrying it properly. Have them compare all intended contacts, not just whether the tray moved sideways.

Found a damaged lip on the rear pocket. It catches the block corner. The tray supports themselves match the drawing. Maintenance is replacing the damaged insert and our programmer has the old pickup versions.

Is that corner damage isolated to this pocket?

Only that pocket on inspection. Replacement is fitted. The first supervised transfer is square again; the full tray and a replacement-tray changeover check are still outstanding. I'm not calling one transfer the answer to every earlier miss.

What damaged the lip? We had to ask that after the satisfying bit of getting our support straight.
