I'm comparing a UR5e loading proposal with another arm. The UR5e clip starts with our caps neatly arranged in a new tray. Our actual delivery trays leave some caps tilted. Nobody has priced the transfer between those trays. It is a small omission with a person attached.

Ask who fills that new tray and where that work appears in the quoted cycle; a supplier-owned tray may be sensible, but the caps will not arrange themselves for the handover.
