Our UR5e crate arrived with a crushed corner and a displaced timber support. There's a dent near the controller enclosure seam. I've kept it unpowered and retained the packing. Get a qualified assessor familiar with that equipment involved before energising it. Send the external damage photos and equipment identifiers first; they can tell you what access and checks they need without you opening things to improve the video.
18分Our integrator can arrange an assessor. I've asked the seller to agree the assessment route. The arrival photos include the crate and shifted support as well as the dent.

Did the delivery record note the visible crate damage too? That may help the freight side while the equipment assessment is arranged.

Ask who will issue the written inspection findings and define any return-to-service work. A visit alone will not answer that. Your planning team also needs to know that installation remains on hold pending the assessment.
23分The assessor will issue findings to us and the seller. Installation is held. Seller has acknowledged the proposed inspection but hasn't agreed who pays for it yet.

Has the visit actually been booked, Lin? An acknowledged proposal can still leave the damaged equipment sitting there while everyone waits for the cost decision.
