Ask packaging to look at two actual packed layers, including whatever sits between them. An empty first layer is very agreeable and carries almost no useful argument.
25分They want filled samples and the real pallet. I've got those arranged. I was tempted to use the empty display cartons because they're easier to move.

-3分Mina's question matters. I can't tell you how much unsupported span your case tolerates without knowing its construction. Packaging should set the trial, not us improvising a tower.
6分Have the tool supplier check the same layer positions for release space. I recently found those finger gaps were the reason our support strips ended up over empty space.
25分And if packaging changes a position, send that version back to the tool person. Otherwise each will approve a different stack and everyone will be pleased until installation.
25分Internal divider carries the contents. Packaging marked its feet on the layer drawing and wants a different arrangement. Tool supplier is checking the revised gaps now.
5分Revised layout leaves fewer cases in the layer but gives the divider feet support in the proposed trial. We haven't approved it yet; loaded testing and gripper access both still need finishing.
-1分Fewer boxes may be fine. Fewer boxes arriving damaged would be finer; wait for packaging's result before apologising for the count.
