I'm checking our FR5 pallet drawing and the rotated cases put their marked support edges over gaps in the layer below; who should tell me whether that's acceptable before we order the gripper?
The packaging owner, looking at filled cases and the layers underneath. Then get the tool supplier to check that same arrangement. Has either of them seen the support marks?
