Our UR5e fixture estimate uses old bracket readings taken from different faces before and after release. The released failure is recorded, but I cannot quantify movement from that comparison.
Has inspection confirmed the reference and support used for the released reading itself? That result may still establish a failure even if the restrained reading cannot be compared directly; the two questions need separate answers
Inspection confirmed that released check and its failure. The earlier restrained tick has no measurement method, so we have removed the claimed movement from the estimate notes.
That is a useful correction. Ask fabrication and inspection to include the missing comparison in the new study, with incoming fit-up and any later correction identified, so the estimate does not simply inherit the same gap
