I sent support our FR10 housing-unload pause. They've asked for a clearer clip. Clearer which bit?

Have they answered that yet? If not, ask them to mark the missing view on a still from your clip. The fixture view, displayed step and message may each matter, but you shouldn't have to guess which one they can't read. Get whoever captured the stop to keep its matching logs as well.
